Ordered vinyl and carpet...2 weeks later had a phone call "vinyl out of stock"... chose another and in anticipation of fitting day removed all old flooring, cleared rooms of furniture etc. Fitter turns up, vinyl doesn't fit! Despite having one of their guys come round to measure up! SCS ordered vinyl with new measurements and it took another week to have that fitted, had to take another day off work! 3 weeks in total! Not good enough and customer service do not care! Used SCS in the past but never again in the future!
