When you do eventually get the carpet don’t expect it to last.
We paid for hard wearing - all rooms except kitchen and bathroom
Had it laid Nov 18. By June 18 it was out. Looked awful. Wore terrible. Apparently due to heavy traffic. 2 adults and 2 small dogs whose paws are washed and wiped before going in house. Oh and was told firstly to get it professionally cleaned after 5 months. It wasn’t dirty, like flattened terribly. Then another letter suggested I hoover it. Complete waste of money
