Sofa patterns do not match also had to pay extra £480.00 for dismantling because i took salesman word that sofa would fit through my front door. When you phone the store nobody wants to spezk to you. Customer service do not want to listen and same again they say my complaint is a concern had to point out that it is a complaint. I also asked for my complaint to be passed to managing director and was told they do not do that. Still ongoing they want to blame everyone else and do not want to listen.
