We spent nearly 3000 pound in scs at Shirley, we not happy with part of the carpet fitting, I asked for a call back from the manager, guess what couldn't be bothered just got a member of staff to call to say he couldn't help and for me to ring the fitter myself, I haven't got his number, staff all over us when we were spending, coffee offers couldn't do enough for us now I am stuck because I cant get hold of the fitter so I suppose I have got to pay again, all cash all paid in front, never again scs
