We ordered a Lazy Boy lounge suite from SCS Plymouth, staff were friendly and helpful. Delivery men were great but after they had left we noticed that the stitching on a joint was coming apart and after another day or so we realised that the comfort was nothing like the one we had seen in their store; this furniture was as hard as a brick. (Later we spotted another area which appeared to have been cut: by a Stanley knife?) We spoke to SCS and asked for a full refund, we also wrote to head office. The office staff at SCS Plymouth were very helpful and agreed to collect our furniture and refund our money: this they did within a short space of time. I feel SCS were let down by their supplier and did what they were legally obliged to do, under the 2015 Consumer Rights Act, with the minimum of fuss.
