Sales service is very good, but bad after sales service. Firstly they never answer the phone.
I have tried phoning several times for them to send us a sofa cleaning kit which was supposed to be delivered with my sofa order and they always say they will phone back to give us a delivery date, which they haven’t. I had to go personally in store because I couldn’t get through by phone. I have been waiting since September and it’s now almost Christmas time.
