Ordered a three piece sofa and two chairs. When they were delivered they felt differently. We went to the store and spoke to the assistant manager who said give it a month or two and it will relax and feel better. Bad idea to leave it. I can no longer return the sofa and lazyboy will not help.
The manager is very rude and the main office refuse to speak to me either on the phone or email. Think twice before buying from scs!
