Had suite delivered January
Dreadful attention to detail and finishing very shoddy
Took 5 emails to Customer Aftercare (after initial phone call) to actually even get a reply (Did get automated replies saying I would get reply within 48 hrs!)
Report from assessor seems to say that this finishing is “normal” and “acceptable” Even with part of stitching undone?
Even had to ask for the report as did not get any feedback whatsoever from Aftersales team
Extremely disappointed and buyer beware
