Ordered a lazy boy suite. The framework became very loose after 2 years. Above the suite in the showroom was a huge sign saying there is a 10 year free framework guarantee on all our frameworks.
When you phone up after one year to complain you will find there is a £75 pound call out fee.
Yes it’s in the small print of your contract, but there is no bloody mention of it on their signs. Their salesman was also pleased to mention the free guarantee, but again no mention of the call out charge.
