This company is an absolute joke. Were spose to come and fit my carpet and didn't turn up. Offered an £80 off my carpet which is an insult considering I waited 3 weeks for it to be done and then said it would take a further 3 weeks for it to come again. The staff in ipswich branch were rude and arrogant. Never ever again would use this company. Wish I read the reviews before even stepping foot in this shop
