I bought lovely looking 3 piece suite, what a pity the quality was very poor.
The sofa arms were solid where as the chair arms weren’t, almost put my elbow through one of them having had the suite for 3 months. They blamed me for it even though an their upholsterer put it down to a collapsed card. That’s right, CARD, as in cardboard!
No in store customer service, just given a telephone number. Once they’ve got your cash they’re not interested! Absolutely disgusted!
