This is the most incompetent service i have witnessed. My parents were expecting their order on 21/10 - only after numerous phone calls (which can take up 30 mins for them to answer) did someone chase it up.
Only after 5 days did i get a response, even then there were delays. We still havent received our order.
Please save your time and money for a business that will actually care about you as a customer
