Absolutely shocking customer service. Refused to change my delivery day and place even though they booked it in and didn't even tell me till the day before! When I rang to explain they said it was impossible to change the date and place of address. Very cocky on the phone and told me that it was tough and it was getting delivered anyway wether I like it or not. Absolutely disgusting service. Sofa uncomfortable and not like we ordered.
