Paid up front for sofa and two chairs back in September. Promised delivery before Christmas. Turned up end of November (Albeit a day late after staying in all day) One of the chairs was smashed up and therefore returned. The problem with SCS is trying to contact them if there is an issue is impossible. Eventually gave up and went into shop. As shop had no Manager spoke to Sales Manager and he stated after contacting me back to stay in on 17th Dec and they would return broken chair so I had something for over Christmas (surprise they did not turn up again). These experiences have highlighted one thing when dealing with SCS. 1. Don't pay up front. 2. Don't believe a word they say. 3. Give up all hope of contacting them and lastly SCS does not stand of Sofa Carpet Specialist it stands for S**t Customer Service.
