Had 3 faulty sofas, a day off work on each occasion to wait for totally irrational deliveries, customer complaints department very indifferent and unhelpful, offering a meagre insult for compensation. I am at my wits end with this unhelpful, unreliable company. Dissatisfaction complaint is still ongoing, after one year.
