After the fitting and then vacuuming the carpet in the lounge we had a tram line from one end straight to the other side ( please see attached photo) after there so called after care service I was told by Tracy leave it 2 weeks and it will pull out.
9 weeks on and it’s still there , when the carpet fitter arrived to fit my hallway carpet he told me and assured me the carpet is faulty and needs to be replaced, he also said he will tell the people at the Norwich store and took photos. with no response.
I have now sent 7 emails with no answer; spoke to Mitchell at the Norwich store with no answer and 7 conversations with Rebecca and Tracy with still no answer from there head office in Sunderland
