We brought our corner sofa lazy boy ordered it November last year had it delivered on the 18th February in April the usb stopped working then the recliners stopped working had a technician round he could not get it apart to check it. When we went to the shop to see what was going on the managers response was so rude I explained I was moving and couldn’t take it apart his response was to sell the sofa with the house, I paid £5000 for it, I complained to the head office finally got a email back but they still haven’t done anything it’s still not working.
