Customer service is fine while they are trying to get your money after that point they couldn't care less! After 9 months of having 2 recliner sofas they are falling apart all foam coming out, firstly they said they can fix it, waited 3 months for them to come and fix it to then get a phone call to say they aren't fixing it and to go to store to reselect, we went to store and all the sofas have the same manufacturers so will have the same problem, even the manager there said this he told us to call after care to get a refund, 3 weeks later we have been back and forth between departments to get a refund because none of them know what they are doing, being told we will get a call in 48 hours everytime we call and we get nothing! Still no refund for 2 sofas that I could have made better myself!
