Absolutely disgusted with my experience with SCS. Having to find somewhere to live during a pandemic, an already stressful time I have had to deal with a company that does not sell me the right product, gives me a faulty product and then also never returns my phone call after being passed from one department to another. All I want is the sofa I thought I was buying and apparently it’s too difficult to get this right. Customer service , what customer service????
Back in June I moved properties not having any furniture I bought a sofa straight away and was told I had to wait 6-8 weeks (which I was fine with)
I was never told I could upgrade to a foam sofa and when the sofa finely arrived I was shocked at the state of the sofa. A technician came out and explained I was given a fibre sofa which requires a lot of attention and upkeep. The sofa seats looked worse than a second hand sofa I could buy off Facebook. He also explained that was a large tear in the cushion which he sewed straight away...I was not happy about that Iv not only been missold a product but also had a faulty one. I have rang,emailed and FB messaged SCS to organise a foam cushion which I was happy to pay the original upgraded price but no one is getting back to me, everyone I speak to passes me to another department and getting nowhere. I am now at a loss of 3 weeks of no communication that I am now having to take this further in getting a refund and taking the sofa back . So disappointed with the customer service and the whole experience. I never write reviews but I feel so strongly about this and suggest avoid SCS at all costs i regret shopping and spending my money with them
