What has happened to customer service?
This company is an absolute joke!
Placed an order today on line, paid for it and gave me no delivery details.
Phoned customer service and was told second week in December!
I then said that i wanted a refund and was told 14 days!
Asked to speak to a manager and was disgusting.
If that's how they treat customers steer clear of this company!!!!
