After we purchased the sofas we could not get any customer service.
We tried e mails with no reply after 10 working days. Phone calls we were kept on hold for 20mins and then cut off 3 times.
Filled in on line help forms and still no reply.
The store was no help and you can not phone them you have to drive to the store.
Fuming will never purchase from them again.
