Do not buy anything from SCS ordered 2 carpets, 4 seater sofa, snuggle chair and footstool 02/02/2020. Carpets were fitted (good quality carpet but fitting was shoddy) furniture arrived beg of March and was immediately rejected as it wasn't what we ordered. Was told someone would call, they didn't so had to go back into store. Wish we had cancelled there and then but was persuaded to order again. Finally delivered 25th July. 2 cushions were not fitted correctly marks on chair, feet loose and falling off , bare staples on inside of chair, creeks all over when you sit down and the list goes on and on. Aftercare keep wanting to send someone else out (that is when when you finally get through) emailed exec team and they don't respond. I cannot keep taking days off work at my expense for something that has clearly been thrown together. If I could give them less than 1 out of 5 I would! Not been able to get through to customer service/aftercare tells you something. Avoid at all costs!
