Poor quality products that are massively overpriced compared with the other sofa shop a few doors away.
Aggressive commission based selling of unwanted add ons and when we tried to cancel our order we were treated with rudeness and disdain.
Unfriendly , unprofessional and unhelpful.
I would definitely not go back and will tell everyone I know not to use this shop.
Rude, rude rude.
