Ordered my suite on the 11th July, was expecting it 2and October. When this date passed with no contact from them, I sent 2 emails which were ignored. Eventually I managed to speak with someone on the phone who told me it is now not expected in the warehouse until 16th November. Really bad customer service that nobody had informed me if this. Would not use this company again.
