Customer service is appalling through no fault of our own my 3 seater sofa was brought in a van damaged and never got off the van. We have waited a week for information to what is happening but no one will take responsibility just get passed from pillar to post when I phone. I will not wait 12 weeks for a new one I want my money back with comp for all this stress. I will go to the papers with this. I wish I had never heard of S C S and feel sick everytime their advert comes on knowing how they treat people.
