We paid over £700 for our carpet which has been poorly fitted, SCS have been disgusting in their behaviour, we had the carpet fitters back after much pleading and said carpet still has a hole which can’t be fixed and is fraying , this awful company have offered us a Paul try £100 compensation and won’t budge on this despite the fact that we will shortly have to replace the carpet as they use cowboy carpet fitters
