I ordered a pallet of pellets from SDL. The delivery company brought them but had tipped over the pallet in transit, resulting in damaged bags.
I refused the load and contacted SDL who couldn't have been more helpful.
In due course a replacement pallet arrived.
Thanks, SDL, I'll use you again.
