I booked flights for 2 with 1 suitcase of hold luggage. Quite complicated to do this on the ryanair website, so I used mytrip.com They failed to pay ryanair for the bag on the return leg despite payment showing on the confirmation, so I had to pay again at the desk, causing delay, inconvenience and embarrassment. After getting home, I tried to call their customer services number, nobody answers. I sent email. They took 12 days to reply, saying to find the official form in their Ts and Cs. It's not there. I sent another email. Eventually they emailed back to say email their parent company eTraveli. I did this and got an automated reply to say my email was unauthorised. It is clear this company is not only incompetent, but is unwilling to entertain customer complaints. DO NOT USE!!! Eventually, I had to go through a Section 75 claim to my credit card.
