I'm Efraim Tankhil, and at the start of the COVID-19 situation, I made a travel reservation through uk.mytrip.com. My flight was scheduled to depart from Tel Aviv and land in New Delhi on April 2, 2020, and return on April 16, 2020. Simply because they did not want to take any chances, they canceled my flight because of COVID-19, and I was not given a reimbursement. The terrible policy of uk.mytrip.com is the subject of this review, and I don't believe I have any choice but to provide negative feedback. My flight was canceled by the airline due to COVID-19. I completely comprehend, but they must refund my money or at least reply to my calls and emails. I have tried so many times to contact them, but they did not reply. They have ignored my several attempts to reach them. I believe this business is defrauding customers.
