I booked tickets to fly to the Caribbean with my trip and it was/is the worst experience for me so far. I got my flight changed and or cancelled at least 5 times in less than 3 months. I requested my refund, which was approved, and then the airline transferred the money back to my trip (this happened on September 15.2022). After this point, it has a been infinite calls, emails and chatting with the customer service. The customer service has lied to me many times saying that they have not received the money from the airline (which they have said many times they have received) and have promised that I would receive the money the next day after the phone call/chat/Email. So PLEASE, DONT BOOK ANYTHING WITH MY TRIP. UNLIKE AIRLINES, they are not obliged by law to return your money within a time period. Don't make the mistake I did, do not book your tickets with mytrip. If you do book with them, and then have any issue, they'll lie to you and threaten you with the following messages: " Please wait for this message before contacting us regarding this issue again, as it may affect your place in the queue." Or "Kindly note that other factors, such as obtaining the funds from the airline, may impact your waiting time as well as the outcome of your refund.".
