Fraud. I cancelled my flight within an hour of booking because I made a mistake in the month. They refuse to pay me back for months now switching answers every time I contact them: 1) they have not received the refund back from the airline; 2) they have received the refund back from the airline and the payment is prioritised; or 3) they have already paid me back and I should "speak" to my bank and while I am waiting for them to tell me when is that they paid me back, the call suddenly drops - technical issues. I wish all their families get treated the way I was and get their money stolen the way mine were stolen.
