This company is a complete scam! I booked two tickets from Hong Kong to Barcelona in business class and nowhere the website has stated that the return ticket is a promotional fare ( usually for last minute gate upgrade)! I paid the full fare without knowing that I don’t get lounge access and other business class services.
And when tried to contact the hotline of my trip, they just shoved me off saying I should directly contact the airline.
Complete rip off and fraud and will never use it again!
