If I can give zero star I would. I booked international flights with Mytrip. The airline cancelled my flight. Since there was no other alternative routes provided, they had to cancel my flights. A partial payment was refunded three weeks I called their customer service, however not the seat reservation fee. I then followed up every five or six days to check if the seat reservation fee was in process. Each time I was told it's being escalated to the airline and I needed to wait. It has been 8 weeks and I still have not received my refund. This is impossible. Booking in May to fly in summer is a lot more expensive than booking in February. Now I am at loss of paying more for my trip, and loss of my original payment. Why does it have to be so difficult? Why business can not be run ethically? I would not use Mytrip again. Thought I would save money from booking directly with Air Canada. Simply frustrated and disappointed. 😣
