I purchased a ticket from Delhi to Manali on Alliance air via mytrip. The flight was cancelled due to bad weather. Airline said I should contact mytrip for a refund. Have been with them online for over an hour. mytrip say that the airline should refund me and the airline mytrip. Logically it should be mytrip as I paid them. Shocking service. Arguing back and forth. Absolutely pathetic.
