My flight was canceled. No text alert or advance warning from the app so I found out at the airport. The ‘help’ center could not get me on the same flights the next day as they were fully booked. They will not book anything more than 24 hours out so the following day was not an option.They do not offer alternative flights to get you home. I was basically given a refund for the flights I could not take and hung out to dry 8000 miles from home. Flying multiple airlines and self transferring vastly increases the chances of missing a flight. Combine that with the above and this is a horrible way to travel. I would give them negative stars if I could.
