I booked a ticket with a a flexible cancellation, where you get back 90% of the ticket's price. When I cancelled the ticket to book a new one, they sent me a voucher with a code that isn't working. I have been calling them every day and they were saying it will be fixed "today". It still hasn't been fixed. This is a service the client pays extra for, and the client shouldn't be calling every day to ask for a working voucher code! Avoid at all costs and book directly with the airline!
