You are the worst agency!!!!! You do not trust this company . They are thieves. No consideration! No empathy! Shame on you ! We ask for a refund because I cannot no longer travel since my husband passed away before our flight . We cancelled our flights and ask for refund since our tickets are refundable. Then 5 agents asks for the death certificate of my husband. Each time I called they keep on asking the death certificate even I already send it to them. And now I’ve been asking for about 3 months the refund and I just don’t get it that they refused the refund . How come my trip ? How come you don’t give me my money back ?? You have no empathy to your customers!!!!
