Incredibly unhelpful customer service. I was told 5 times my case had been marked as ‘urgent’and someone would be in touch soon. My trip is now tomorrow and still nobody has been in touch. Repeated chats and phone calls and still absolutely nowhere. I have ended up rebooking my flight with another company. Don’t waste your time or money.
