SCAM: they sell tickets with an "autonomous transfert" as one ticket with a change in KUL What they do not tell you is you will have to change for KUL T1 et T2. And the time allowance is not realistic, even without lugguage, even with nobody at customs check, even if you are the fastest human, the transfert time is not enough. It is not humanly possible to catch the second flight. They should have at least one more hour between their fligh with change between KUL1 and KUL 2 And then the customer service tell you basically to f*** o** The sell you an airhelp insurance too, that covers not that ... so double scam
