Disappointing Experience with MyTrip and Customer Service Three months ago, I booked a business class ticket through MyTrip, but upon arrival at the airport, I was told by the airline staff that I had been issued an economy ticket—despite showing them my booking confirmation and the price I had paid for business class. Naturally, I was frustrated and immediately contacted MyTrip's customer service to resolve the issue. Since then, I've reached out a total of eight times, each time being told that my reimbursement request is "under process." It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck in a cycle of repeated promises with no resolution. It has now been three months, and I'm still receiving the same vague response from customer service, while I am left to bear the consequences of their mistake. I expected much better from a service that handles such important transactions. I strongly advise others to be cautious when booking through MyTrip, as their customer service and follow-through on resolving issues are severely lacking.
