Terrible company. Try to avoid buying tickets with them and go directly to airlines.
My ticket could not be found in the system and I had buy another one to be let in the jet.
I was trying to get refund and they redirected me to airlines. After weeks of calling (non toll free numbers) and writing to them, Airlines had issued a refund and now, MyTrip is telling me they are charging USD 44 fees per person on the refunded amount.
