I purchased a flexible ticket through Mytrip.com, but the service has been far from flexible. Firstly, I intended to purchase a flexible ticket for only one of my two tickets, but the website did not provide an option to select just one. When I tried to change my flight, I was quoted an exorbitant $2,800 for the change—far more expensive than purchasing a completely new ticket. On top of that, the route they offered me was not what I wanted. Interestingly, the exact route I needed was available on the airline's website, but Mytrip.com failed to provide it as an option. Frustrated, I contacted the airline directly, and they helped me change my ticket for a fraction of the cost Mytrip.com was charging. This experience left me questioning the point of purchasing a "flexible" ticket through Mytrip.com. It felt like a complete scam. I will not be using Mytrip.com again and strongly advise others to be cautious.
