I would give mytrip 0 stars if I could. Terrible customer service, charge for services that they then don't provide and are basically a scam organisation. I paid extra for a checked bag and a flexible ticket. On my outgoing flight, the airline wasn't aware of my checked bag. When I went to change my return flight, they said it wasn't possible even though I had paid for the service. They refused to refund even the extra I paid for the flexible ticket and then hung up on me.
