This company is absolutely fraudulent. I was charged £79 without ever knowingly signing up, creating an account, or agreeing to any subscription. I didn’t receive any confirmation, login, or welcome email—nothing at all to suggest I had an active account. There was also no mention of a 3-day free trial anywhere when the £1 was taken — and certainly nothing to justify a £79 charge afterward. This is deceptive and unethical. When I contacted them, they tried to offer me only 20% back, which is completely unacceptable for a transaction I never authorized. Their explanation was vague and dishonest. I’ve reported this to my bank as fraud, and I’m warning others: stay away from this company. Their practices are misleading, and they take money without proper consent or notice.
