Lucy has been cutting my hair for over 3 years and she is truly exceptional and continues to be innovative. Originally my have was in a terrible state having been burnt by a Brazilian blow dry and a cut that was awful. Lucy was patient and has brought my hair back to life with intensive treatment and fantastic cutting. She listens and cares. She continues to inspire and is a great attribute to Sean Hanna - Putney
