I've just had a complete restyle after 15 years by Adam Vincent at their Bristol branch. I've spent a few months reviewing salons and was hesitant to trust anyone to understand what I was looking for. I had a consultation with Adam and he was great, we discussed every aspect of my hair, ensuring I was happy at every stage and he listened to my requests/fears. The salon staff were friendly, I had a lovely head massage by Izzy and a glass of wine. They are now offering food/snacks so you can multitask by eating and having your hair cut at the same time! Adam explained how to blow dry my hair, demonstrating different brushes for different effects. I wish I'd gone there a long time ago, I left 100% happy with my hair and would not hesitate to recommend the Salon/Adam.
