I have never been to a professional hairdressers and it was the best experience. Katie was super kind and knew exactly what I wanted. I was allowed a glass of water, which made it feel so homely. I was asked if I wanted a head massage, which was the best head massage ever. Katie spent ages on my hair, like she really cared about the final look which made me feel so good inside. I absolutely love my hair and I am so grateful. Thank you! Will defiantly be going back.
