I have been going to Sean Hanna Cambridge for about 5 years and I have always found the customer care exceptional. The salon manager Jackie is so welcoming and I now regard my colourist Jody as a friend as well as an outstanding technician. I have also been taking my daughter with me-she has a learning disability and is treated in a very inclusive and understanding way to the extent that she now hugs everyone when she leaves! Other staff members that are so lovely are Ruth and Chloe. Well done all of you.
