I visit the Epsom branch and have been going there for a few years now. Whilst all the hairdressers have been good, I have to say that I am particularly impressed with Billy. He's now cut my hair twice and with thick, curly/frizz prone hair I have to say that I have finally found a hairdresser who actually 'gets it' and I have been delighted with both cuts and how it stays in good shape afterwards. I have been given vouchers for a birthday present for a rival salon but I won't go there now I have found Billy as he is so good. He also cut my two little girls' hair (also thick and curly) and did a great job. I would also like to say that the lady on reception (I think it's Jan) is brilliant - she's occupied, drawn pictures and read to my girls while I am having my hair done and she's always friendly and chatty.
