Jade at Epsom did the colour on my hair and as always it looks brilliant!!!! However while I was having my hair rinsed I had a call from my daughters school to say she had had a nasty accident in the playground, cut her head and needed to get to A&E. I cannot thank the staff in the salon enough for what they did next - they realised that something was wrong, comforted me, 2 of them washed my hair at the same time to hurry up the process, let me towel dry my hair and literally run out the salon back home - they said not to worry about paying then and to give them a call the next day to pay. They were amazing - they did a lot more than you would expect of a salon and when I popped in the next day with my daughter, they were delightful and made her feel very special. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!
